Every bespoke seating solution supplied by Alto Seating Structures is manufactured under ISO 9001 quality procedures with the finished product meeting all HSE, Green Guide and, where applicable, local and worldwide guidelines and legislation.

Construction is quick and easy using patented push-fit, tamper proof connectors that enable beams, cross-ties and braces to be securely slotted into position. A special tool is required for de-construction ensuring a safer and more secure spectator environment.

All balustrades, hand and guard rails are designed to meet the 100mm sphere rule as well as all height and loading requirements to provide optimum safety height without compromising sight lines. Aisles and gangways are generously proportioned giving unobstructed access irrespective of the rise of the seats. Additional centre aisle handrails can be included if required.

The Alto system is one of very few in the world where all components have been specifically designed for the job in hand. All the under structure is manufactured using fully welded aluminium frames, braces and ties. Compared to scaffolding under structures, the Alto system is up to 4 times stronger and safer due to the dynamic load exceeding the 10% criteria needed for spectator seating requirements. Scaffolding was only ever originally designed to meet a 2.5% dynamic load.
